The initial teaser has been unveil for Kiernan Shipka’s latest horror film, “Totally Killer,” known for her role in the hit series “Sabrina.” If you have an affinity for ’80s nostalgia, this cinematic gem is tailor-made for your enjoyment.
Set against the backdrop of Halloween night, “Totally Killer” introduces us to Shipka’s character, Jamie, a teenager who craves a night of revelry with her friends. However, her merriment juxtaposed with the suffocating vigilance of her mother (portrayed by the renowned “Modern Family” luminary, Julie Bowen).
Yet, Jamie’s mother’s overprotectiveness isn’t unfound; it stems from a harrowing past. Three and a half decades ago, her group of friends fell victim to a man infamously known as the “Sweet Sixteen Killer.”
When Jamie inadvertently crosses paths with this enigmatic, masked murderer, she inexplicably thrust back in time to the year 1987. Her mission? To thwart the killer’s rampage before it commences.

Prime Video has scheduled the release of “Totally Killer,”. A highly anticipated event for cinephiles and fans of Sabrina, for October 6.
The film also boasts the talents of Olivia Holt, portraying the teenage incarnation of Jamie’s mother, Pam, alongside Jonathan Potts, Charlie Gillespie, Lochlyn Munro, and the esteemed “Ant-Man” actor, Randall Park, in supporting roles.
Meanwhile, Bowen candidly discussed the challenges of being seen in public with Nolan Gould. Who portrayed her on-screen son, Luke, in “Modern Family.”
Residing in close proximity to Nolan, Bowen shared anecdotes about their frequent encounters. Which sometimes fueled speculations about their romantic involvement.
She jovially remarked, “We recently ventured out together. It’s quite entertaining when you seen in the company of a fellow ‘Modern Family’ cast member. People often react with mock astonishment. It’s as if they’re pondering a ‘Brady Bunch’ scenario – reminiscent of Mrs. Brady’s connection with Greg, perhaps?”
